oin us for our monthly meeting + meditation for the Live From Love Center Peace Project. Sunday, November 2nd at 11:45am in person.
(This time, if you like, bring a non-perishable food item we will donate to local food banks!)
What’s the deal? With so much upheaval and division in the world, we were feeling overwhelmed, asking ourselves, “What can we do to promote peace and higher frequencies of well-being and love for all?”
“How do we not get locked into patterns of fear, terror and separation?”
“How do we influence the collective frequency through our thought, intention, awareness and action?”
What we decided: To start the “Live From Love Peace Project” – a rolling meditation & awareness practice. And you’re invited!
If you:
– Are exhausted with division and want to feel part of something greater.
– Have experienced (or are curious) about the power of meditation, moving meditation & awareness practices.
– Want more peace, love and equanimity in your daily life.
– Want to create a ripple of peace in the world through a medium-term commitment to your practice.
– Are curious if real social change can happen through the stabilized, ongoing collective vibration of love.
This project is for you.
Join us Sunday, November 2nd at the Live From Love Center in Bremen, Maine.
During this time, we will share what you’ve been noticing about peace in your life and do a group meditation for peace.
We would love to have you join us!

The German Phaeton Piano Trio unites Friedemann Eichhorn, violin, Peter Hörr, cello, and Florian Uhlig, piano – three German artists with international careers. As soloists they have been successfully touring the major stages throughout Europe, in Asia and North and South America for more than 20 years. Since joining forces a few years ago, these three musicians have been enjoying the treasures of the piano trio repertoire in concerts throughout Germany, in the Netherlands, France, Switzerland and South America. The trio comes to the Opera House stage tonight thanks to the generous cooperation of
Shupp Artists, who have brought the very finest classical performances to our stage over the past decade. We look forward to another jaw-dropping evening for classical fans, and music fans of all ages.

Embrace an opportunity to let go this autumn with a special Yin Yoga workshop!
This is a season of release, drawing inward, and slowing down. To deepen this connection, we’ll explore the element of Metal and how its qualities correspond with autumn. Let’s cut away what no longer serves us just like the trees shedding their leaves. Maya will guide you through meditation, pranayama (breathwork), the lungs and large
intestine meridians, and a Yin Yoga practice curated for this time of year.
You’ll also have a chance to connect with others through group discussion and receive a handout so you can continue these practices at home.
Sliding scale $30-50.
This workshop is part of a larger series that will meet once a season throughout the year to explore each of the elements.
Meet Your Teacher: Maya Rook is a certified yoga instructor with nearly 30 years of meditation experience. She received her 200-RYT in 2019, completed additional certifications in Yin Yoga and Yoga with Seniors, and is the creator of Firefly Studio. Maya is passionate about making meditation and yoga practices accessible to everyone,
breaking through misconceptions about mindfulness, and helping people connect with the present moment through breath and movement. Her yoga and meditation classes are also supported by her work as a cultural historian and college educator. Participants have described Maya’s approach to Yin Yoga as nurturing, relaxing, and peaceful.
What is Yin Yoga? Yin Yoga is a beautiful complement to our more active Yang lifestyles and practices. Here, we slow down and hold poses of stillness, typically for 3-5 minutes, using props to help support us. The intention of a longer hold on a physical level is to
stimulate and nourish the connective tissues and fascia. We also work consciously with the breath and the mind-body connection through these poses of relative stillness and cultivation of awareness of sensations that arise. Yin Yoga draws from Daoism and the Five Element Theory in Traditional Chinese Medicine as different poses relate to specific organs and meridians in the body, supporting and balancing one’s energy.

Restore & Rejuvenate Community Auriculotherapy (Ear Acupuncture) can help improve your entire being. Auriculotherapy has proven to be an efficient method of treating a wide variety of conditions, from headaches and allergies to addictions and pain disorders.
Auriculotherapy is based on the idea that the ear is a microsystem, which reflects the entire body, represented on the outer portion of the ear. The ear holds all of the acupuncture points of the body plus more detailed physiological and anatomical correspondences. Stimulation of ear acupoints are effective in alleviating pain and
other symptoms.
Treatment is easily given while people are comfortably seated, in a group setting, to reduce and/or alleviate anxiety, stress and pain anywhere on the body. A set protocol developed for use in addiction treatment programs through the National Acupuncture Detox Association (NADA) is an effective way to help people facing enormous stress,
anger, depression, fatigue and other emotional and physical pain. It has been used in thousands of programs around the world. I am certified by Acupuncturists Without Borders,a non-profit organization, to conduct community acupuncture clinics.
Relaxation generally occurs within minutes after placing thread-like filaments in the ear & is useful in alleviating symptoms of acute stress disorder.
Participant surveys show increased mental clarity, ability to cope, alertness, ability to sleep, in addition to reductions of pain and muscle spasm, depression & anxiety. These simple acupuncture treatments can have a calming and transformative effect. and work to:
Alleviate Pain
Improve Sleep
Improve Mood
Reduce Stress
Restore Vitality

What’s next for you? And what is getting the way of your expansion?
Come to the New Moon Healing Session at Live From Love Center to support your evolution in life, career, business and creation at the start of each moon cycle.
These sessions open you to the flow of universal support that is always available to you, the question is, are you tapped into it or not? This is a beautiful opportunity to reconnect and use your words, intention and thoughts powerfully.
Flow of the session:
We begin with a short sharing of what brings you to the group tonight: a small moment to share, be witnessed or set an intention or desire for what the session will address. Kerri will share a bit about the energy of this new moon and then transition into the healing and expansion space, which is the majority of the session.
Lie down on a yoga mat with props and blankets, or use one of the comfy meditation chairs at Live From Love Center so you can relax and receive the healing. Kerri will tune into the energy of the group and weave a tapestry of words, images and prompts, focused on releasing stuck energy, emotion and stress, so the body and energy field can
come into greater flow, harmony and a sense of peace and wholeness.
In each session, new ideas and frequencies of pleasure, certainty, connection, love and well-being are expanded into as we shed what is no longer serving and step into our powers of creation and co-creation with life.
You will walk away with the experience of deep rest, support and transformation, plus follow up session notes the next morning to take with you and support your process for the next two weeks.
