An evening lantern lit tour will explore Wiscasset, discovering ghosts and history, spirits and mystery. Buildings that once seemed ordinary will take on eerie new dimensions as The Lady in the Red Cloak relives their history and that of the ghostly entities that are said to still reside there. Learn some little known history of the area on the moderate walk as well as legends, lore and a stroll by the Ancient Burial Ground. Appropriate for all ages; by reservation only. $15 for adults, $7 children under 12, free children under 5. 207-380-3806

This much-loved event promises to have something for everyone. The famous haunted house, several kids’ games and activities, and the GSB “dungeon” will keep the children happy. There will be games of skill and chance and no one plays without winning a prize.

Delicious hot breakfast food will be for sale, as well as homemade lobster macaroni-and-cheese and warm chili for lunch. All day long, a variety of yummy muffins, cookies, and pies will be available, too.

Fair attendees will be able to participate in a silent auction of amazing goods and services generously donated by individuals and area businesses.
