Loosen your grip. Let it all go. None of it matters…
Turn your backs on the real world, and drift through the darkest corridors of your mind. Pierce the veil of sanity and enter a realm where fears give way to lunacy.
As you wander through our castle, pathways once familiar will be warped into a labyrinth of the mind. Let the dark twists and turns summon new apparitions that make you question all you believed to be true.
Take the leap with us, and descend into madness. Once you have fully embraced the keep’s essence and run the gauntlet, we will have plenty of sweet medicine ready to soothe your terrors.
FREE TO ALL Oct. 28, 29, 30, & 31 5pm to 9pm

Parenting is a wonderful and a difficult job. Questions always arise about sleep and feeding, discipline and behavior, child development and temperament, how to get a date night, and the list goes on. Listening to other parents is a great way to get ideas and support.
With this in mind, Healthy Kids will start a support group for parents with children 1-5. The group will be held on the first and third Tuesday of each month. Because working parents often don’t get to participate in these types of programs, the group will be held from 5-7pm at Healthy Kids office, 15 Belvedere Rd. Damariscotta. Child supervision will be provided for children and light supper snacks will be offered as well.
The group will be facilitated by Jessica Sproul who holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Child and Family Studies, and has worked both as a Healthy Families home visitor, and a parent liaison in the Waldoboro schools.
For more information, call 563-1818 or visit Healthy Kids website www.healthykidsmaine.com.
