What is Happening at Lincoln Academy?
As a 1980 graduate of Lincoln Academy, I have fond memories of the high school that prepared me for the very nice life that I enjoy today. My teachers were wonderful human beings and my education was solid. I believe this is still the case in the classroom at Lincoln Academy, and I would like to thank the LA teachers for their ongoing commitment and success in providing outstanding educational opportunities for their students. My goal is to have my experiences available to my sons, and other students who choose to attend Lincoln Academy.
Lincoln County Gleaners Celebrates First Year, Seeks Volunteers
The Lincoln County Gleaners group had a banner first year by gleaning and distributing almost 6,000 pounds of fresh, local food from five local farms, and it is looking to recruit more volunteers for the coming season.

Pemaquid Group of Artists Seeks New Members
The Pemaquid Group of Artists announces a call for artists to exhibit this coming season at Pemaquid Art Gallery at Lighthouse Park, Bristol. The gallery is celebrating its 90th season in operation this year. The residency requirement has been expanded to include all of Lincoln County. The gallery, open from early June until Columbus Day, is located at Lighthouse Park at Pemaquid Point, which is a popular attraction for thousands of visitors in the summer in Maine.
Local Chiropractor Becomes Nationally Certified as Chiropractic Internist
The American Chiropractic Association Council on Diagnosis and Internal Disorders is pleased to recognize that Dr. Ronald Bouffard, of Boothbay Harbor, has successfully completed the prescribed 300-hour coursework and demonstrated excellence by passing all required examinations to achieve status as Diplomate of the American Board of Chiropractic Internists. He is the first chiropractor in Maine to become nationally certified as a chiropractic internist.
