Earl Byron Babcock, 66, of Dresden, passed away Nov. 10 at camp in Mattawamkeag.

Stephanie M. (Tasker) Hastings, of Wiscasset, passed away Oct. 25 at her home.

Jean Stetson Strong passed away peacefully, and surrounded by her loved ones, at Hodgdon Green in Damariscotta, on Nov. 15.

Thomas Burton Orff, 41, of Washington, passed away unexpectedly at his parents’ home on Nov. 16 in Washington. Tom was born on Dec. 29, 1976 in Damariscotta to Bonnie (Vannah) and Burton Orff.

Kenneth Bernard Blohm, of Waldoboro, passed away in Camden on Oct. 11 surrounded by loved ones, stepson, Alan Lessner and stepdaughter, Ronda Brock, and his Quarry Hill family, the staff members he came to know and love who took care of him so well.

Gwen Barnes Murray passed away peacefully on Nov. 15 at Cove’s Edge in Damariscotta. Gwen was born on Jan. 1, 1930 in Old Town, daughter of former state representative Harold E. Barnes and Fannie (Kirby) Barnes.

Micah Julian Powell-Wallace passed away peacefully in his devoted mother’s arms on Nov. 10 at LincolnHealth – Miles Campus. Micah was born on Oct. 13 at St. Mary’s Hospital, Lewiston.

Mike Krepner, “legendary” histographer (his term for historian and geographer) and creative intellectual, died at his friend-built home in Waldoboro, on Nov. 7, four days short of his 70th birthday.

John S. Peters, 90, of Edgecomb, passed away in his home on Nov. 6 after spending a busy, joyful weekend with much of his large family.

Myrtle Ann Crocker Hanna passed away Nov. 10. She was born in Portland on Feb. 20, 1932, the daughter of Captain Claude P. Crocker and Barbara Stilphen Crocker.

Troy Nichols, of Dresden, Maine, died at home on November 4, 2018.

Dinah F. (Crockett) Hardy, 72, of Waldoboro, died Nov. 10 at LincolnHealth – Miles Campus in Damariscotta after a battle with chronic illness.
