A graveside service for Floyd “Mike” McLain, of Round Pond, who passed away on Feb. 17, will be held at 2 p.m., Fri., May 27 at the Chamberlain Cemetery in Round Pond.

Ronald A. Jordan, 73, of Bristol, passed away on the morning of May 11 at Cove’s Edge in Damariscotta. Born in Portland on Aug. 9, 1942, he was the son of Charles and Stella Jordan. Growing up in Portland, he attended local schools and graduated from Deering High School in 1961.

A memorial service for Wanda Louise Ames who passed away on Dec. 20, 2015, will be held at the Waldoboro Word of Life Church at 1 p.m., Sat., May 21.

Charles R. “Charlie” Hyson, 64, of Jefferson, passed away at his home on the evening of May 10, surrounded by his loving family.

Roy A. Benner Jr., 39, of Damariscotta, unexpectedly passed away on May 4. Born on June 26, 1976 in Nuremberg, Germany, he was the husband of Deborah L. Benner, father of James A. Benner, and son of Roy and Laura Benner Sr.

A graveside service for Grace (Seiders) Redfield, of Pemaquid, who passed away Feb. 13, will be held at 12 p.m., Sat., May 21 at the Harrington Cemetery.

Ralph “Bill” Turner Jr., 95, of South Bristol, passed away May 10 in Freeport. Born on March 17, 1921 in Methuen, Mass., he was the husband of Jean Turner of South Bristol; and father of Robert Turner of Omaha, Neb., and Cindy Lindsley of Brunswick.

Barbara Ellen (Cooper) Brazier, a long-time resident of Waldoboro, passed away on May 4 at the Sussman House in Rockport with her family by her side.

Chester Kellogg Hale Sr., 94, of Rockland, passed away peacefully April 13 at St. Andrews Nursing Home in Boothbay Harbor.

Lorraine Kay (Carter) Simpson passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of May 9 at Maine Medical Center in Portland.

Wayne “Patrick” King, 36, of Waldoboro, passed away unexpectedly on the morning of May 1 in Windham. Born in Damariscotta on July 11, 1979, he was the son of Wayne Patrick King Sr. and Sharon Lee (Estabrook) Knight.

Sheila Diane Robinson Whittier passed away at home on May 5. She was born Sept. 30, 1961 in Rockland to Harvey “Hap” and Gloria (Keizer Hannan) Robinson.

Frederick O. Ryan Jr., 62, of Waldoboro, died peacefully at his home from lung cancer on May 7. Fred was born on May 11, 1953, to Frederick and Elizabeth (Betty) Ryan of Waldoboro.

John “Jack” Dengler Kistler II, 84, of West Chester, Penn., formerly of Ardmore, passed away on March 21 at Neighborhood Hospice in West Chester. He was the husband of Rebecca Ann Johnson Kistler, with whom he shared 60 years of marriage.
