Lucy S. Belknap, 90, passed away peacefully at her home on July 2. Lucy was born in Sissonville, W.Va., the youngest of seven siblings.

Leverett Paul Chase, of Pemaquid Beach, passed away at his home on June 29, surrounded by family.

Heather Geisler Coutts, 43, died at the Hospice of the Comforter in Altamonte Springs, Fla. on July 21 after a severe asthma attack causing respiratory arrest and unconsciousness.

A memorial service for Nancy B. Johansson, who passed away on June 16, will be held at 11 a.m., Sat., July 18 at the Round Pond United Methodist Church (the White Church). A reception will be held at the Odd Fellows Hall immediately following the service.

Douglas Gordon Tait, 86, of Waldoboro, died peacefully at home, surrounded by his family, on July 2.

Jean Ellen Vernet, Jr. died on July 22, following a brief illness, at the Lahey Clinic in Burlington, Mass., with her husband by her side.

David “Dave” Mullin, 83, of Newcastle, passed away peacefully at his home on June 18, after battling Myelodysplasia.

Dylan Thomas Genthner, newborn son of Nicole Holt and Deering Genthner, Jr. of Damariscotta, passed away unexpectedly at the LincolnHealth – Miles Campus on the morning of June 20.
