Howard Justin Gamage was born on May 22, 1928 in his family home, located at beautiful Back Cove, New Harbor, to parents Charles and Effie Gamage. He had an older sister, Eva Gamage Hall Thompson.

Richard Day, 70, lifelong Waldoboro resident, died on Sept. 11 at Maine Medical Center due to injuries sustained in a tragic accident at his home.

Willie Guy Myatt Sr., 79, of Amory, Miss., died on Sept. 2 at his home.

Joseph (Joe) R. Chapman, 84, of Warren, passed away peacefully after a brief illness on Sept. 24 at his home surrounded by his family.

Elizabeth Humphries, 83, of South Bristol, passed away Sept. 12 in Damariscotta.

Ann “Nanny” Elizabeth (Goodwin) Doyle, 90, of South Bristol, died peacefully at home on Sept. 1 surrounded by her immediate family.

A service celebrating the life of Veula Reed, who passed away July 27, will be held at 2 p.m., Sat., Oct. 12 at the Edgecomb Congregational Church, United Church of Christ 15 Cross Point Rd., Edgecomb.
