Please take notice that Clippership, LLC (the “Applicant”), with principal offices at 217 Commercial Street, Portland, Maine 04112 intends to file a Site Location of Development Act Permit Amendment application and a Natural Resources Protection Act Tier 1 application with the Maine Department of Environmental Protection pursuant to the provisions of 38 M.R.S.A. § § 481 through 490 38 M.R.S and § 480-A through 480-BB, respectively, on or about June 21st, 2024 for the construction of a memory care facility.
