Boothbay Region cross country boys and girls ran to victory at Medomak Valley on Friday. Medomak placed second and Oceanside third in both boys and girls action.

Lincoln Academy Headmaster David Sturdevant announced at Saturday night’s Homecoming, that the school has received an anonymous donation to built a new baseball field.

Medomak Valley boys soccer team defended their home turf on Tuesday for a 4-1 win over Mt.View. Tucker Prescott netted two goals, and Alvaro Valls and Ethan Swan one each for the Panthers. Mikey Hustus converted a direct kick for the Mustangs.

Lincoln Academy split a double header with Morse Tuesday night in Bath. The boys soccer team defeated the Shipbuilders 3-1. Aaron Gonzalez scored two goals and Nathan Simmons one for the Eagles.

Wiscasset will hold a co-ed alumni game at 6:30 p.m. Friday night under the lights as part of their Homecoming activities.

Medomak Valley boys soccer team successfully defended their home turf during homecoming Saturday afternoon for a 5-0 win over the Lincoln Academy boys soccer team. The Panthers jumped out to a 3-0 halftime lead, then out-hustled the Eagles for two more goals in the second frame.

Medomak Valley football won their opening game of the season 14-13 Saturday afternoon over Bucksport. The win came in their very first game as a varsity sport. The Panthers tied the game in the final minute, then scored an extra point to win by one.

Lincoln 10 – Spruce Mountain 2Lincoln Academy defeated Spruce Mountain 10-2 on Sept. 17 in Newcastle. The Eagles were led by Aaron Gonzalez with three goals and Nolen Michael two.
