After a slow start, Medomak Valley girls’ basketball team scored 21 points in the 3rd quarter to take a commanding lead going into the final period. The Lady Panthers won 58-39.

Third seed Gardiner upset second seed Medomak Valley in the East Class B semifinals Feb. 22 at the Bangor Auditorium, 57-46.

With only four wrestlers competing, Medomak Valley won four out of five live matches in losses in a double duel meet with Mt. Ararat and Nokomis on Jan. 4.
