The YMCA has a new Boys Only class on Tuesdays from 3:30-4:30 p.m. The new class is for boys ages 5 to 7 but all ages are welcome to join the class. The YMCA also offers boys only classes on Saturdays.
Lincoln Wrestlers Tie For Second
Lincoln Academy wrestlers tied for second at York on Saturday in the Sullivan Duals Tournament. The Eagles split four dual meets, beating Kennebunk 45-36 and Wells 42-38 and losing to York 51-33 and Morse 45-34.

Lincoln Academy wrestlers won three out of five matches at the Cony duals tournament on Saturday. The Eagles defeated York 48-36, Gardiner 50-25, Erskine 57-12, and lost to Morse 42-34, and Skowhegan 51-31.
Lady Panther Soccer Coach, Campbell Resigns
Medomak Valley girls’ soccer coach Owen Campbell resigned after the completion of the fall season. Her shoes will be hard to fill, as she accumulated a 23 win 5 loss record over her two year tenure as head coach of the Lady Panthers.

Creamer, Genthner, Morkeski And Myshrall Place At Westlake Tourney
Four Lincoln County wrestlers placed in the Westlake Tournament in Bath on Saturday. Lincoln Academy’s Jesse Morkeski (189) placed second, and Dustin Creamer 3rd, Medomak’s Steven Genthner took 3rd and Boothbay’s Spencer Myshrall 3rd. Lincoln placed 9th and Medomak 12th out of 17 teams.

For the second straight game, the Lincoln boys’ basketball team was unable to make their shots fall in the closing seconds of the game Monday night home against Gardiner.
Midcoast Ice Cats Defeat Waterville
The Midcoast Ice Cats defeated Waterville 4-2 at the Midcoast Recreation Center on Dec. 19. Sam Stone, Lincoln Academy, had two assists in the first period.

Medomak Valley boys’ basketball team defeated the Alumni 62-54 Saturday night. The elder Panthers hit four 3-pointers in the second half to stay within striking distance.
