Lincoln Academy’s baseball team travels to Mt.Valley in Rumford on Sat., June 13 to take on the Falcons in the West Class B semifinals. The winner advances to the West Class B championships. Game time is at 1 p.m.

Brandon Campbell won two events at the Mt. Valley Conference championships, held at Lewiston High School on a rainy May 29.

Lincoln Academy girls lacrosse have shown steady improvement all season and were rewarded for their efforts with three straight wins this week.

The top male and female runners in the Waldoboro Day 5K were teenagers from Medomak Valley High School.

The Medomak Valley Lady Panthers trounced visiting Dover Foxcroft to take a 17-0 win in East B preliminary action earlier this afternoon in Waldoboro.

Lincoln Academy’s baseball team split two games this week, losing to Belfast in makeup action on Saturday and beating Oak Hill 16-5 on Tuesday. The Eagles are 11-4 with one game to go, at Camden on June 3.

Pick-up field hockey games will be played at Lincoln Academy on Monday nights.

Lincoln Academy baseball’s team rallied from behind to beat Camden 4-2 on June 3 in their KVAC finale. The Eagles’ home game was played in Camden due to graduation set-up on the baseball field. Gavin Joannides went the distance in the win (8K, 5H, 3B).

Medomak Middle School boys won the Busline League Track and Field Championships, held at Camden on Saturday.

Eighteen strong and sturdy members turned out Saturday to the Wawenock Country Club to rake leaves, pick up debris and work on a few of Paul’s other assignments.

Brandon Campbell captured two first places and Cameron Grover one in Wiscasset’s first home track meet of the season. Campbell won the 300 hurdles in 41.9 and the triple jump (40’3″).
