The Wiscasset Community Center Unsinkable Crocs participated in the HSC-Haunted Hat Swim Meet on Oct. 26 at Husson University’s Webber Pool in Bangor.

The WCC Unsinkable Crocs swim team traveled to Cumberland on Nov. 16 to compete in the Seacoast Harvest Meet.

Lincoln Academy girls’ soccer coach John Schumacher couldn’t be prouder of his Lady Eagles. They made the playoffs, beat Oak Hill in the West B preliminaries to advance to the quarterfinals against the number one seeded York.

The final points race unfolded on Oct. 12 as faithful fans bundled in blankets to see the outcome of the championship standings for the season.

Medomak Valley boys’ soccer team defeated Gardiner 4-1 on Oct. 15 in their KVAC finale, to improve their record to 11-3. The win puts them in the KVAC championship game on Oct. 22.

Medomak Middle School collected the very first trophies for their new school on Oct. 9 at the Busline League championships, held at Camden. The girls and boys placed second.

 

Dirigo jumped out to a 2-0 half-time lead and held off a spunky Lady Redskin team in second half action to 2-1 at Wiscasset’s Homecoming.
