The State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co. is suing the town of Wiscasset for the cost of the insurance payment made when the wheel of the ladder truck separated from the vehicle and rolled across the roof of a car parked at the Little Village Bistro.

Two Dead in Boothbay Fire
Two men died and four people were injured in a house fire at 116 Pleasant Cove Road in Boothbay the morning of Sunday, Oct. 9.
Baldomero Zamora, 50, and Lucas Farias, 23, both of Chicago, died in the fire, according to Maine Department of Public Safety spokesman Stephen McCausland.
