Earl Wright, 90, of South Bristol, passed away peacefully at his home on Dec. 18. Born on Nov. 25, 1928 in Round Pond, he was the son of Basil Wright and Helen (Morrison) Wright Steer.

Waldo L. Hart, of Wayland, Mass. and South Bristol, passed away at his residence on Dec. 15, while surrounded by his loving family.

Bertha M. Melnuk, 93, of Wiscasset, most recently of HillHouse in Bath, died Dec. 11 at Mid Coast Hospital in Brunswick.

Richard J. Scanlan Jr., 64, of Wiscasset, died peacefully in his home on Dec. 11 as a result of complications from ALS. His wife and family members were at his side.

Frederick Merle Finnemore was born January 11th, 1938 up in Caswell Plantation, Maine; one of seven children in an Aroostook County potato farming family. From the very beginning he loved to create.

Mary Jane Dodge, 77, of Damariscotta, passed away peacefully on Dec. 10 at the Sussman House in Rockport.
