Janet P.R. Beerits, 98, of Sheepscot Village in Alna and Deer Isle, passed away peacefully on the evening of Aug. 9 in Ellsworth.

Helen A. Wilshire, 77, of Friendship, died Aug. 22 after a brief illness.

Jane Stevenson Blakemore passed away peacefully on Aug. 12. She was born in Boston, Mass. to John and Jean (Hawkey) Blakemore on April 8, 1937.

Allan R. Jones, 76, formerly of Nobleboro, passed away on Aug. 21, in St. James City, Fla., with his family and friends by his side, after battling with leukemia for several years.

Maxine Sylvia Heath, 80, of Pittston, passed away on Aug. 9 in Augusta due to complications following various health issues. Maxine left this world with her family by her side to wish her peace.

Zoa Erskine McFarland, 95, passed away peacefully with family at her side on the early morning of Aug. 17 at Cove’s Edge in Damariscotta.

Elsie Turner Boucher, 67, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend, passed away on Aug. 9.

Russel W. Curry, 78, of Jefferson, and Livingston, N.J., died Aug. 12 at his summer residence on Damariscotta Lake surrounded by his loving family.

John W. Sheldon, 92, of Pemaquid, passed away at his home on the morning of July 26.

Zoa May McFarland, 95, of South Bristol, passed away on the morning of Aug. 17 at the Cove’s Edge Nursing Facility in Damariscotta.

Vivianne “Vikki” Ardelle Paiement Hilton, 66, passed away peacefully on Aug. 8 at her daughter’s home on the Mills Road in Newcastle, surrounded by her beloved family and friends.

Lance Michael Tlumac Sr., 57, of Wiscasset, passed peacefully in the presence of his wife and two sons on Aug. 9.

Arlene Aho McFarland, 79, of Oakland, passed away unexpectedly May 28 of natural causes at her home.
