Leland “Gramps” F. King, 91, of Coopers Mills, passed peacefully on Nov. 1 with his son and staff of the hospice unit at the Veterans Hospital in Togus by his side.

Laurence Dadmun, 89, of Newcastle, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away peacefully on Nov. 15 at Cove’s Edge Nursing Home in Damariscotta.

Francis “Sonny” Soule Jr., 83, of Wiscasset, passed away at Maine Medical Center in Portland on Nov. 2.

John Michael Lewis, M.D., F.A.C.E.P., 75, of Edgecomb, passed away peacefully on Nov. 9.

Maynard William Howell, 88, of Nobleboro, passed away peacefully on Nov. 4 surrounded by his loving family.

Charles James Jr., 48, of Edgecomb, passed away Nov. 13 at his home.

Jane R. Simmons, 78, of Bristol, passed away on Nov. 1 at Maine Medical Center in Portland after a sudden illness.

James Dolan Reid, of Killingworth, Conn. and summer resident of Pemaquid, passed away quietly at home, surrounded by the love of his family, on Oct. 27.

Todd Williams, of East Boothbay, passed away peacefully on Oct. 3 at Dartmouth Hitchcock Hospital in New Hampshire after a long struggle with Lymphoma and Leukemia. His family was by his side.

Doris Ann Forsberg (Heidgerd) was born Sept. 25, 1925 in Bridgeport, Conn., the only child of Anna Ohrmann and William Forsberg originally of Brevens Bruk, Småland, Sweden. She was 88.

Wendy Marie Glidden, 44, of Jefferson, passed away on Oct. 2 with family, friends and her boyfriend Patrick Clark at her side, after a short battle with lung cancer.

John “Buster” Winslow Sr., 78, of Waldoboro, passed away peacefully Oct. 23 at the Knox Center in Rockland.

Richard B. Harford, 60, of Edgecomb, formerly of Bath, died Sept. 27 at his home with his wife by his side.

Claire L. Lizotte, 88, of Biddeford, died Oct. 21 at Maine Medical Center in Portland after a brief illness.
