The Wiscasset Planning Board will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m. on September 22, 2025, regarding a proposed change to the Solar Energy Conversion Systems (Solar) ordinance, Article 16. The change will allow roof-top and ground-mounted solar energy systems under 4,200 sq. ft. to be approved by the Code Enforcement Officer.

The Citizens of Lincoln County are invited to a Public Hearing on the Lincoln County Budget Requests for 2026, to be held on Thursday, September 25, 2025 at 3:00 p.m., in the Conference Room of the Lincoln County Regional Planning Building at 297 Bath Road in Wiscasset.

The Town of Damariscotta has received an application which requires Site Plan Review and Historic Preservation Review. The application proposes to construct a garage addition to the service station at Tax Map 006, Lot 015 (105 Main St, Damariscotta), as proposed by COGA 105, LLC of Portland, ME.

The Wiscasset School Department is seeking bids for snowplowing and sanding services for the 2025-2026 winter season.

Crooker Construction, LLC. intends to blast ledge at their Alna Quarry on Tuesday, September 9th, weather permitting or on the next available good day between the hours of 10am and 1pm.
