Will be holding a committee meeting on June 27, 2024 at 6:30 pm at the South Bristol Town Office.

The Department of Marine Resources has granted the following shellfish licenses to the Town of Bremen for 2024.

The Town Office of Bremen will be closed Tuesday, July 7th for staff training

The Edgecomb Planning Board will hold a site walk at 6 p.m. on June 20, 2024, at 747 River Road. A Site Plan Review application for a residence on the property has been submitted by Gregg and Terri Taylor. The Planning Board will meet at Town Hall following the site walk.

The Wiscasset Selectboard will hold a public hearing Tuesday June 25th, 2024 at 6:00 pm at the Wiscasset Community Center Senior Center room located at 242 Gardiner Road.

Please take notice that Chesterfield Associates Inc., 123 West Shore Rd., Westport Island, ME 04578, for the Town of Southport, is intending to file a Natural Resources Protection Act permit application with the Maine Department of Environmental Protection pursuant to the provisions of 38 M.R.S.A. §§ 480-A through 480-BB on or about 5/30/2024.

Please take note that, pursuant to 38 M.R.S.A., Sections 413 and 414-A, Watershed Center for the Ceramic Arts of 103 Cochran Road, Edgecomb, ME 04556, intends to file a Wastewater Discharge Permit amendment application with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP). The application is for the discharge volume of up to 300 gallons per day of ceramic wash water wastewater to the infiltration basin in Newcastle, Maine.
