Black Belt Instructor Hal Pierce has announced the promotion of two area Martial Artists in Defensive Solution’s Tao Martial Arts program.
Medomak Valley cross-country team members Patrick O’Donnell and Gwen Moiles won the MVHS 5K Road Race. “We had a great turnout for the race, and will put the proceeds into our trail fund,” MVHS cross-country coach George Gould said.
Because of the low number of girls who came out for the joined Varsity and Junior Varsity squads this year, Medomak ended up with a Varsity team of 24 girls, coached by Owen Campbell and JV coach Jasmine McNelly.
