Jean T. Gillespie, 83, longtime resident of Round Pond, passed on July 27, 21 years to the day after the passing of her husband, Roy W. Gillespie Jr.

Karl Vogt Cole, 74, of Waldoboro, passed away on July 15 at home. He was born on May 26, 1941 in Syracuse, N.Y., the son of Kenneth and Katherine (Vogt) Cole.
