The Parks Commission meeting will be Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. at the Ellingwood Information Center.

The Edgecomb Planning Board will hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on August 20, 2020 at the Edgecomb Town Office on the application of Watershed Center for the Ceramic Arts for studio facility improvements at Map R-1, Lot 38.

Will be held at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at 6 pm in the Boothbay Region Elementary School Gym.

The Town of Westport Island is conducting a competitive bid process on approximately 1,445 feet of the North End Road. Specs may be picked up at the town office during regular office hours; Tuesdays 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Thursdays 9:00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.

The Selectmen of the Town of Westport Island will receive bids on a “Per Mile” basis only, for a (3) year contract for snow removal and sanding of twenty-five and 13/100 (25.13) miles of the road in the Town of Westport Island including all bus turn-arounds, Town Hall parking area, Fire House, Town Office building drives and parking areas and the Wright Landing Parking Area.

Edgecomb’s Annual Town Meeting is being replaced this year by a
Referendum ballot of 66 articles in addition to the elected offi cials
to be voted by secret ballot at the polls August 29, 2020. The polls
will be open from 10 AM to 4 PM. This is necessary because of
Covid-19 guidelines which restrict gatherings of more than 50
people .
