Notice is hereby given that the Newcastle Planning Board will hold a Special Meeting on Thursday, February 22, 2024 at 6:30 PM at the Clayton V. The South Bristol Planning Board will meet Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at 7:00 pm at the Town Office at 470 Clarks Cove Road, Walpole, to hold a Public Hearing on proposed Shoreland Zoning Ordinance Revisions and to conduct regular monthly Planning Board business.

The Town of Waldoboro, Maine Planning Board members will hold a meeting on February 22, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. to hold application reviews.

On or about February 21, 2024, the Town of Waldoboro will submit a request to the Housing Urban Development (HUD) for the release of Community Project Funding Program funds under Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2022 (P.L. 117-103) to undertake a project known as “Waldoboro Community Center and Medical Arts Facility” for the purpose of conducting site work for shared amenities to be used between the MaineHealth medical arts building and the Town of Waldoboro community building.

The Town of Newcastle will be hosting a Village Partnership Initiative Workshop on February 8, 2024, at 6pm at the Fire Station Community Room at 86 River Road.

The Town of Newcastle will be holding a public hearing on February 12, 2024, at 7pm at the Fire Station Community Room at 86 River Road to take comments on the Fireworks Ordinance and the Finance Committee Ordinance. This hearing will also be live-streamed on the Town’s YouTube Channel.
