The Citizens of Lincoln County are invited to a Public Hearing on the Lincoln County Budget Requests for 2022, to be held on Thursday, September 23, 2021 at 6:00 p.m., in the Conference Room of the Lincoln County Regional Planning Building at 297 Bath Road in Wiscasset.

The Board of Selectmen will be meeting at 4:30 p.m. on September 15 instead of 5:30 p.m.

In accordance with our Association By-Laws, our Annual Meeting will be held at 10 AM on Saturday, September 18, 2021 at the Meeting Facility of the Town of Newcastle located adjacent to the Fire Station on River Road.

The Bremen Planning Board will hold a virtual meeting Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. Details on joining the meeting can be found on the Town’s website at www.bremanmaine.org.

Please take note that, pursuant to 38 MRSA, Sections 413 and 414-A, LEDVANCE LLC of 405 Friendship Road intends to file a wastewater discharge permit application with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP).  The application is for the discharge of 10,000 gallons per day of treated groundwater to the Medomak River in Waldoboro, Maine. The application will be filed on or about September 6, 2021 and will be available for public inspection at DEP’s Augusta office during normal business hours.  A copy may also be seen at the municipal offices in Waldoboro.

The Parks Commission meeting will be Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at the Ellingwood Information Center.
