The Town of Damariscotta is accepting sealed bids for a gray 2011 Dodge Durango Crew AWD. The vehicle has the original engine and transmission with 161368 miles and 7572 engine hours. The vehicle does not currently start and is not inspected. It is available to look over at the fire station located at 27 Massasoit Drive in Damariscotta.

A Site Plan Approval application has been filed with the Town of Damariscotta by DC Ledgewood, LLC of South Portland, ME to construct 32 multi-family dwellings at 207 Ledgewood Court Dr., Damariscotta (Tax Map 001, Lot 050-003). The application will be reviewed for completeness at the April 11, 2023 Planning Board meeting.

The Bremen Planning Board will hold its meeting on
Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in person at the Town Office and accessible via zoom.

The Town of Waldoboro, Maine Planning Board members will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on April 23, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. to review a site plan for a Bed & Breakfast and Wine Bar at 926 Main Street. The Planning Board will also be reviewing a site plan for a 36 affordable senior housing project at 56 School Street (the former AD Gray school). The meeting will be held in person with an option to attend remotely via Zoom by going to the “Stay Connected” tab at waldoboromaine.org.

The Town of Nobleboro is seeking bids for mowing of Town properties and cemeteries for the mowing season of 2023, 2024, and 2025 beginning on May 1, 2023.
