The Parks Commission meeting will be Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. at the Ellingwood Information Center.

The Bremen Planning Board will meet on Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. via ZOOM CLOUD MEETING.

The second half of 2020 Taxes are due and payable on May 15, 2020.

The Town of Bristol has become aware of a parcel of land which is currently identified as Owners’ Unknown, and will be identified on Bristol Tax Maps as Map 002 Lot 064-A. This parcel is approximately 9.4 acres.

The Wiscasset Fire Department, in conjunction with Wiscasset Emergency Medical Service, is requesting sealed bids to upgrade its radio system to include new 2 way radios and implement a repeater system.

The Wiscasset Water District will be flushing hydrants between the weeks of May 11th thru May 29th, 2020. Please refrain from using the water while the crew is in your area as low water pressure and discolored water may occur.

Requests for Pre-qualifications for Property and Liability Insurance Bids

Separate sealed BIDS for the High Meadow MPR Rehab Project located at 10 Meadow Court, Damariscotta, Maine, for the Owner/Client will be received at the office of John Morris Architects, 49 Mechanic Street, Camden, Maine until 12:00 P.M. local time Wednesday, May 20, 2020, and then at the said office publicly opened and read aloud.

The Town of Bristol is seeking bids from contractors for the grading of the Town’s unpaved roads as follows:
Old County Road (part) – 0.52 miles

Tidewater Telecom, Inc. is currently making an application to the Rural Utility Service (RUS) to finance certain telephone facilities. A Loan Design is being prepared for the funding of the facilities that will be placed during the next five years. As part of the application for RUS financing, Tidewater Telecom, Inc. must assess the impact that construction will have on the environment.
