The Damariscotta Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on May 1, 2023 beginning at 6:00 pm at the Town Office located at 21 School St, Damariscotta to take comment on the application for Site Plan Approval submitted by DC Ledgewood LLC construct 32 multi-family dwellings at 207 Ledgewood Court Dr, Damariscotta
(Tax Map 001, Lot 050-003).

Harbor Committee Meeting

TOWN OF BREMEN is seeking bids on a 1996 Freightliner duel axle fire truck. The truck has 12,810 miles, a CFE-275 HT engine, an Allison MD-3060P automatic transmission, and a 186” wheelbase. Sold in “as is, where is” condition and it is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure this vehicle meets NFPA standards.

The Planning Board will meet Thursday, April 20th at 6:30 pm at the Bristol town office. New member
informational meeting.

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Owner’s office located at 121 Piper Mill Road, Damariscotta, ME 04543, until May 16, 2023, at 2:00 PM local time.  At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

Crooker Construction, LLC. intends to blast ledge at their Alna Quarry on Tuesday April 25th, weather permitting or on the next available good day between the hours of 9am and 4pm.

The Boothbay Harbor Sewer District will be holding a public
hearing on April 17, 2023, on increasing the Septage Disposal
Fee to $0.30 per gallon.
