Medomak Valley 2006 graduate Zach Armstrong scored his 1000 career point for the University of Maine Machias basketball team on Thurs., Jan. 13 in their loss to St. Joseph of Vermont. Armstrong is a 6’2″ junior forward from Waldoboro. He scored 16 points in the game. He was also named Sunrise Conference Co-Player of the Week.

Lincoln Academy girls and Wiscasset boys won their swim meet over Winslow, at the Alfond Boys and Girls Club in Waterville Tuesday night.

Lincoln Academy and Medomak Valley indoor track and field teams competed in a KVAC meet Saturday at Bowdoin College.
