Medomak Valley 2006 graduate Zach Armstrong scored his 1000 career point for the University of Maine Machias basketball team on Thurs., Jan. 13 in their loss to St. Joseph of Vermont. Armstrong is a 6’2″ junior forward from Waldoboro. He scored 16 points in the game. He was also named Sunrise Conference Co-Player of the Week.
