The Newcastle Select Board have scheduled a Special Town Meeting to be held on December 11, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. at the Newcastle Fire Station Community Room, located at 86 River Road to vote on the following:

The Town of Waldoboro, Maine Planning Board members will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on December 14, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. to hold one site plan review and two preliminary subdivision reviews.

Requesting plowing and sanding bids for Pemaquid Villas. Should include price per storm, sanding and a seasonal rate.

Nomination papers are available beginning on 12/11/2023 at the Town Clerk’s Office for the following offices which will be vacated at the time of the Annual Town Meeting on March 18 and 19, 2024.

The Municipal Officers of the Town of Bristol will meet at the Town Office on Wednesday, December 6th, 2023, at 6:30 pm to hear comment on adoption of the September 2022 version of the Local General Assistance Ordinance. A copy of the proposed ordinance appendices is available at the Bristol Town Office.

The Damariscotta/Newcastle Shellfish Committee will hold a public meeting:

1. Plaintiff L. Douglas Henderson is a real person resident of Wiscasset, Lincoln County, Maine and residing at 16 Lee Street, Wiscasset, Maine who claims and interest in the subject premises via adverse possession and through the Will of Lois Konvalinka, who died on January 13, 2013.2

SOUTH BRISTOL PLANNING BOARD meets the first Tuesday of each month, 7 P.M., at the Town Hall on Clarks Cove Road, Walpole. The public is welcomed to attend meetings. Permits are to be filled out and presented at the Town Hall the Thursday before each regular meeting.

The Wiscasset Planning Board will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m. on December 11, 2023, in the meeting room of the Town Office on amendments to the following ordinance to comply with LD2003:
