Cerina Leeman and Paul Leeman III, of Round Pond, will open a cocktail bar in the space formerly home to Van Lloyd’s Bistro, at 85 Parking Lot Lane in downtown Damariscotta, in May.

The Portland-based company Sea Bags, a designer and manufacturer of handmade bags and other items made from recycled sails, will open a shop in Boothbay Harbor on April 12.

The couple behind the seasonal Mexican food stand Que Rico, on Main Street in Newcastle, will open a year-round Mexican restaurant in the downtown Damariscotta space now home to Osteria Bucci and formerly home to Paco’s Tacos.
