Martha Jane Bradford, 71, of Pumpkin Cove Road in New Harbor, Maine, died Wednesday, March 21 after a long illness and complications from a fatal infection. Her husband was at her side at the Central Maine Medical Center.

John E. Potter Sr., 75, of Edgecomb, died March 21 at his residence.

Janet E. Peters, 84, of Boothbay, passed away peacefully on March 21 at MaineGeneral Medical Center in Augusta.

June Stockus-Stevens passed away peacefully at LincolnHealth – Miles Campus on March 20 after battling pancreatic cancer.

Margaret (Madel) L. Kubie, 98, of Newcastle, passed away peacefully on the afternoon of March 16 surrounded by family and friends at the Lincoln Home in Newcastle. Born on Feb. 9, 1920 in Cliffside Park, N.J., she was the only daughter of five children born to Carl K. Mutze and Frederike (Pfanakuche) Mutze.

John Maurice Reilly Sr., 96, of New Harbor, passed away on the evening of March 10. Born on Jan. 8, 1922, John was the son of William and Margaret (Sweeney) Reilly. He graduated from Bristol High School and especially enjoyed playing baseball during his school years.

Lana H. Simmons, 76, of Friendship, passed away on the morning of March 19 at Cove’s Edge Nursing Home in Damariscotta, surrounded by her family. Born in Rockland on March 3, 1942, she was the daughter of Bernard and Geraldine (Burns) Brow.

Arthur L. Bailey, 67, of New Harbor, passed away on the morning of March 12 at Mid Coast Hospital in Brunswick, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Damariscotta on Nov. 30, 1950, he was the youngest son of Roderick and Lydia (Brackett) Bailey.

Neil S. Grover, 59, of Boothbay, passed away peacefully the morning of March 14 at LincolnHealth – Miles Campus in Damariscotta.
