Michael Owen Bennett Sr., 63, passed away unexpectedly on Oct. 7 in Indiana. He was born April 23, 1954 in Damariscotta, a son of Cyrus and Evelyn Bennett.

Robert A. Lewis, 85, of Boothbay, passed away peacefully on Oct. 12 at the Gregory Wing of St. Andrews Village, Boothbay Harbor.

Romeo James “Jim” Geroux, 74, of South Jefferson, passed away Oct. 11 at the Glenridge Nursing Facility in Augusta, where he had been a patient since Dec. 30, 2015.

James “JC” Parker, 83, of Fernandina Beach, Fla. and Newcastle, passed away on the morning of Oct. 11 at his home. He was born on Oct. 19, 1933 in St. Barnabas Hospital in Newark, N.J. to Rosamond and Horton Parker of Nutley, N.J.

June Celeste (Green) Duston, 89, of Boothbay Harbor, formerly of Hampstead, N.H., slipped peacefully away Oct. 3 surrounded by family. She was born Aug. 11, 1928 in St. Louis, Mo., the daughter of John W. and Celeste A. (Shoemaker) Green.

Anne Leamy, 90, of Damariscotta, passed away peacefully on Aug. 22 at her daughter’s home in Bethel, Conn. Born on Aug. 15, 1927, in Manhattan, N.Y., she was the daughter of George and Anna Whitehead.

Janet J. Campbell, 98, of Boothbay, passed away peacefully on Oct. 9 at Boothbay Green Eldercare Facility in Boothbay.

Elaine A. Simmons, 74, of Nobleboro, passed away on the afternoon of Sept. 30. She was the wife of Odway Simmons.

Kevin A. Willey, 54, of Bristol, died unexpectedly as a result of a motorcycle accident in Waldoboro on Oct. 5. He was born July 20, 1963 in Rockland to Russell L. Willey Jr. and Gloria Colpritt-Willey. Kevin grew up in Tenants Harbor and attended local schools.

Erika Jean Trask, 45, of Alna, died at her home on Oct. 4. She was born Aug. 16, 1972 in Damariscotta, a daughter of Austin E. and Coleen (Donahue) Trask.
