A memorial celebration for Eleanor “Punky” Prescott Adams, who passed away on May 25, will be held at 2 p.m., Sun., Aug. 28 at the Union Congregational Church of South Bristol. A reception will follow at the Parish Hall across the street.

Joseph William Mariani, of York, passed away Aug. 8.

Dwight Crittenden Sewell, 92, died June 13 in Florida.

Margie Erickson, 95, of Nobleboro, passed away peacefully on the morning of Aug. 11 at the LincolnHealth – Miles Campus in Damariscotta.

James (Jim) E. Verney, 68, of Sheepscott, passed away Aug. 12 after a long, hard battle with liver disease.

Charles Frederick “Charlie” Young, 85, died Aug. 10 at Togus in Augusta.

A memorial celebration for Craig Cleaves, who passed away July 13, will be held at 11 a.m., Sat., Aug. 20 with a reception to follow. The service will be held at 9 Cleaves Drive (Browns Cove) in Round Pond.
