Tails & Tales From Apifera Farm
As I ventured into the barnyard, I noticed all the goats and Earnest the pig standing out in a freshly tilled area of the yard. Earnest had dirt encrusted on his snout, so it appears he had been the lead tiller, which he is very good at.

Friendship Street School – For the Record
On Nov. 9, 2021, the town of Waldoboro issued a request for proposals to purchase the 1857 Friendship Street School. Each town received a net income, after paying expenses, of $12,000. In the previous year, the catch was even higher at 14,772 bushels. With 1978 high prices for alewives for lobster bait, the potential income could exceed that of a year ago.

The Mobius Strip A Love Story
Most of us look for love and support. It is so much a part of the human experience. Often people with disabilities do not have the opportunity or support to find and hold on to that love. But sometimes, just sometimes, the tumblers fall perfectly into place and love blossoms.
Damariscotta Mills Alewives and an Amazing Quilt
