Oceanside baseball defeated Lincoln Academy 3-0 on May 25 in Rockland. Austin Chilles and Connor Calderwood combined for 3 hits, and 14 strike outs in the shut-out win. Riley DeLisle took the loss, and Nick Prior pitched two scoreless innings in relief.

John W. Thomas III, 80, of Dresden, passed away on the afternoon of May 21, 2022, surrounded by his large and loving family. Born in Damariscotta on Jan. 15, 1942, he grew up in Boothbay with his mother and siblings.
LA Softball Sink Windjammers Lincoln 6 - Camden 3
Lincoln softball improved to 3-2 with a 6-3 win over Camden Hills on May 3. Grace Houghton struck out 7 (3H) in the win. The Lady Eagles were led at the plate by Payson Kaler with a double and single. (2 RBI), and Kat Johnson a single (2RBI).

I am running the same picture as last week because, if you are anything like me, you will want to match the names to the faces. After seeing the names it is pretty easy to recognize these gentlemen. We still have one unidentified.

Telstar robbed the Wolverine den for a 61-32 win on Feb. 10. The Rebels were led by Brayden Stevens 16, Levi Cole-McDonald 10 and Frank Campia 9. Wiscasset was led by Jevar Garricks 10, and Alex Richard 7.
Stories and Games from Around the World Camp at Merry Barn
The Merry Barn will host a three-day adventure camp, Stories and Games from Around the World, for students ages 8-13 during February break.
Morse Boys and Girls Swim to KVAC Championship Arden Carleton wins 100 butterfly for Lady Eagles
Morse boys and girls swam to a KVAC Class B championship on Feb. 7 at the Bath YMCA. Belfast was runner-ups in both the boys and girls. Lincoln Academy girls placed fourth, and the boys tied Erskine Academy for sixth place.
