The Newcastle Select Board has scheduled a Special Town Meeting to be held on March 23, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Newcastle Fire Station Community Room, located at 86 River Road to vote on the following:

The Waldoboro Board of Selectmen will be holding a public hearing on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at 6:00 in the evening at the Waldoboro Municipal Building, 1600 Atlantic Highway in Waldoboro to obtain public comment on Code Enforcement Fee increases.

By virtue of and in execution of a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered in Lincoln County Superior Court on October 25, 2025 in Docket No.: WISSCT-RE-2025-005 brought by David Eon, Sr. and Lisa Tolli against Zachary A. The Bremen Planning Board will hold its meeting on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in person at the Town Office and accessible via Zoom.

The Edgecomb Planning Board will hold a public hearing on the application of the Twisted Willow Farm on March 19, 2026. The applicant, Rebecca Abbott, is seeking approval of a site plan review for the use of five acres in the Marine Zone for boarding and training horses for a fee. The property is located at 138 River Road in Edgecomb. The public hearing will be held at the Edgecomb Town Hall at 6:30 p.m.
