Donald William Gaglione, 89, of Jefferson, passed away peacefully on April 19, 2023. He was born April 2, 1934, in Englewood, N.J., son of Nicholas Gaglione and Helen (Ptacek) Gaglione.

Bernadette Nicolaus, 84, of Newcastle, passed away at the Harbor View Cottage in Newcastle, on the morning of April 21, 2023. Born in Sligo, Ireland on Jan. 7, 1939, Bernadette was the fifth of six children, born to William and Annie (Devins) Morris.

Robert Russell Page, 69, passed away April 22, 2023 at his home in Atlanta, Ga., after battling cancer for more than a year. Bob was born in Damariscotta on Aug. 14, 1953, to Robert Harold Page and Marcia Russell Page, who preceded him in death.

Longtime pillar of the Midcoast arts community, Alan James Baldwin, 76, of Damariscotta Mills, died peacefully on April 6, 2023. After fighting metastatic thymic carcinoma, he rested at his home on Great Salt Bay with his children, grandchildren, and siblings around him.

Norman E. Legg, 86, of Bradford Road in Wiscasset, died peacefully Friday, April 21, 2023, at LincolnHealth’s Miles Campus in Damariscotta, with his son and daughter by his side.

John F. Harvie, 90, of Damariscotta, passed away on the afternoon of April 19, 2023, after a period of declining health. Born on Jan. 13, 1933 in Quincy, Mass., he was the son of Raymond and Grace (Libby) Harvie.

On Sunday afternoon, April 23, 2023, after declining health, Marietta “Mary” Burton passed away peacefully at her home in Cushing, with her husband and sister by her side.

Bonnie S. Dolloff, 71, of Bremen, passed away on April 20, 2023. She was born on Nov. 7, 1951, a daughter of Harry and Virginia (Holland) Lang.

Walter Sturtevant Foster, 89, of Friendship, died on April 13, 2023. He was born May 28, 1933, the second child of Katharine (Condon) and Frank Clifton Foster. Both Walter and his brother, Randall, were born in Waterbury, Conn., where their father’s brother was a physician.
