It is with unbearable sadness that our family announces the passing of Betty Jane (Larrabee) McDonald on April 25, 2023, at MaineGeneral Medical Center in Augusta, after fighting a courageous battle with cancer.

Mark S. Bent, 61, passed away after a brief illness on Dec. 7, 2022.

Margaret C. “Peggy” Møller, age 100, of Round Pond, passed away in her home on April 24, 2023.

Gina Marie Glidden, 34, of Washington, died unexpectedly on April 14, 2023, in Standish.

Marilyn “Peggy” Isabel Taylor Flagg went to her heavenly home April 25, 2023. Born July 22, 1929, Peggy was the youngest of seven children, growing up on a dairy farm in Lyman. Peggy met and married the love of her life, Pastor Raymond Flagg Jr., at Gorham State Teacher’s College. They married in 1950, making their home in Jefferson, and raising five children.

Donald William Gaglione, 89, of Jefferson, passed away peacefully on April 19, 2023. He was born April 2, 1934, in Englewood, N.J., son of Nicholas Gaglione and Helen (Ptacek) Gaglione.

Bernadette Nicolaus, 84, of Newcastle, passed away at the Harbor View Cottage in Newcastle, on the morning of April 21, 2023. Born in Sligo, Ireland on Jan. 7, 1939, Bernadette was the fifth of six children, born to William and Annie (Devins) Morris.
