Rising Tide Co-op Supports New Hope Midcoast
Rising Tide’s October Co-op for Community Days partner was New Hope Midcoast, the Midcoast’s only domestic abuse resource center, which has been open since 1981. Every Wednesday, Rising Tide donates 0.5% of sales to an organization nominated and voted on by their 5,000-plus owners. Rising Tide views this program as a way to both provide financial and in-kind support to community organizations.

Beginners’ Maple Syrup Workshop Jan. 29
University of Maine Cooperative Extension will offer an in-person maple syrup production workshop for beginners 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 29.
