The Town of Waldoboro, Maine Planning Board members will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on March 11, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. at the Waldoboro Municipal Building to consider site review applications for a solar farm at 441 and 475 North Nobleboro Road.

Selectmen’s Meeting on Thursday, March 5, 2020 will begin at 4:00 pm for an Executive Session Pursuant to 1 MRSA §405(6)(A), personnel.

Notice is hereby given that on February 21, 2020, application was made by Bangor Savings Bank, 3 State Street, Bangor, Maine 04401, to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) for consent for Damariscotta Bank and Trust Company, 25 Main Street, Damariscotta, Maine 04543 to merge with and into Bangor Savings Bank with Bangor Savings Bank as the surviving institution. The U.S. Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration (EDA) is considering a request for Federal assistance from the Town of Damariscotta to construct major improvements in its downtown waterfront area in Damariscotta in Lincoln County, Maine. Pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), EDA is conducting an assessment of the potential of the proposed project to affect the environment and/or historic properties. Notice is hereby given that the project is proposed to be located in, or may affect, a floodplain and/or wetland as defined by Executive Order (EO) 11988 and/or EO 11990.
