LincolnHealth’s COVID-19 Testing Center Moves Dec. 20
LincolnHealth’s Respiratory Care Clinic, the current site for by-appointment-only COVID-19 testing, is moving off the Miles Campus. Previously located at the Webster Van Winkle Building, testing will take place outside the Arrowsmith Building at 40 Belvedere Road in Damariscotta beginning Monday, Dec. 20.
Ramp Completed in Time for Homecoming from Hospital
At 1 o’clock, the Hodgkin brothers and The Regulars, a team of retired volunteers, finished building a ramp for Jonathan Hodgkin. At 1:05 p.m., Jonathan arrived home.
Bristol Book Ends Open Regular Hours
Bristol Book Ends, the Bristol Area Library’s used bookstore, first opened its doors in May 2018. After a brief closing due to the pandemic, the store is now back to regular hours. Shop year-round from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays; 2 to 4 p.m. Thursdays; and 10 a.m. to noon Saturdays.

Boat Shop Makes Airplanes for Tots
Lincoln County Toys for Tots volunteers, led by coordinator Lisa Marr, have been hard at work raising funds and awareness and preparing toys for distribution to local parents. The Carpenter’s Boat Shop supported the toy drive by delivering 20 handmade wooden airplanes to the toy drive headquarters at the Huntoon Hill Grange in Wiscasset last weekend.
