Eleanor Foster Durgan, of Waldoboro, beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on Sept. 13, 2025 at the age of 77.

Bob Onorato, 81, of Bristol, passed away on Sept. 12, 2025 with his loving family by his side.

Carl William Albright, 84, died Aug. 16, 2025 at home with his family in Edgecomb.

With heavy hearts and cherished memories, we announce the passing of Barbara Clark, who left this world on Aug. 27, 2025 at the age of 88. Born on April 27, 1937 in the picturesque town of Damariscotta, Barbara was the beloved daughter of Edward and Beatrice (Knowlton) Hitchcock. She lived a life full of love, kindness, and selflessness, lighting up the lives of all who had the privilege to know her.

Michelle Susan Jones was born Dec. 8, 1956 to Neil and Joanne Jones, of East Boothbay. Their family was joined by her sister Leslie in 1966. In 1976, Michelle married her high school sweetheart, Michael Brewer, of Waldoboro. She spent the next eight years moving around the world with her husband in the Army, during which they had three children: two daughters, Melissa and Jessica; and a son, Michael.

Mark K. Metzger, 74, of Waltham, Mass., died on Aug. 30, 2025.

Jill Esther Weeks, 80, of Port Orange, Fla., passed away peacefully on Monday, Sept. 1, 2025.

Virginia M. Dagley, 86, of Nobleboro, formerly of Gloucester, Mass., passed away peacefully on Friday, Sept. 5, 2025. She was the loving wife of the late William “Will” Dagley, with whom she shared 64 years of marriage.

William Bryant Ross, 76, passed away at his home in Randolph on Aug. 31, 2025. He was born in Waldoboro on Aug. 21, 1949, to the late George and Nathalie (Achorn) Ross.

A memorial service to remember Elizabeth Wilt, who went to be with the lord on Aug. 27, 2025, will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 20, 2025, at the Water of Life Lutheran Church in Newcastle. Geneva A. McKay, of McKay Road in Edgecomb, passed away on the morning of Sept. 3, 2025 after a brief stay at the Sussman House in Rockport. She had resided at Edgecomb Green since June 2024.
