Jon Christopher Metcalf, 40, of Castine, died on Nov. 1 after suffering a stroke. He was a beloved father, son, brother, partner, and friend.

Margaret A. (Maudsley) Helstosky, 82, of Nobleboro, formerly of Simsbury, Conn., wife of the late Stanley Helstosky, died Nov. 2 in Branford, Conn.

Darrell L. Merrifield, 53, of Waldoboro, died Nov. 3 at Maine Medical Center in Portland.

James A. “Jim” Keithan Sr., 70, passed away Oct. 29 in Bath. He was born on Oct. 19, 1946 in Norwood, Mass. to Norman and Sadie (Sprague) Keithan.

Clarence Burnham, 70, of Southport, died Oct. 30 at Maine Medical Center, Portland.

Ronald “Ron” L. Fletcher, 69, of New Harbor, passed away quietly at the LincolnHealth – Miles Campus with his wife Belinda at his side, after a very brief 18-day battle with cancer.

Leslie A. Barter, 53, of East Boothbay, died Oct. 25 at her home.

Robert Alexander Norton, 82, of Damariscotta, passed away Oct. 28 at the Maine Veterans Home in Augusta.

Dona Rae Gidney Ross, of Randolph, passed away on Oct. 16 with her husband by her side.

Lucas Farias, 23, died Oct. 9. He was born Aug. 10, 1993 in Chicago to Francisco Farias and Julie Gilbert.
