Catherine “Cathie” Baker Adams, 62, of Northport, died May 24, 2022 at Waldo County General Hospital after a valiant battle with COVID-19.

Robert “Robi” Wayne Day, 57, of Waldoboro, passed away unexpectedly at LincolnHealth Miles Campus on May 26, 2022, from a pulmonary embolism. Born on Sept. 27, 1964 in Rockland, he was the son of Robert Day and Mary (Studley) Lund.

Diana Huntress Dowse, 72, went home to be with God on May 27, 2022 at the Sussman House in Rockport. She died of early onset Alzheimer’s disease. She was a resident of the Riverside Memory Care Unit and Chase Point Assisted Living facility in Damariscotta.

Eliot Field, of Dresden, died at home on the hilltop he loved, on May 26, 2022.

In 2016, our dad had a stroke. Doctors gave us very little hope that he would survive. He proved them wrong. He not only survived, he thrived. It was his second chance, and he celebrated his “birthday” every February since. Dad died at his home in Damariscotta on May 27, 2022. He was six.

Michael T. Bucci was born in 1947 in Atlantic City, N.J. He attended Berklee School of Music in Boston on a scholarship from Down Beat Magazine in 1965, as well as Milwaukee School of Engineering and Castleton State College in Vermont. Bucci taught experimental music in six Boston-area high schools in the early 1970s on a federally funded Title VI grant and produced “sound collages” for radio station WBUR in Boston.

Earl W. Gammon, 90, died May 28, 2022 at the Sussman House in Rockport. He was born April 9, 1932 in Warren to Edwin Gammon and Mildred (Waltz) Gammon. Earl grew up in Warren and graduated from Warren High School. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Earl married his high school sweetheart Mary Berry in 1953.

William A. Kelsey, of South Bristol, passed away at the age of 88, at the LincolnHealth – Miles Campus, on the morning of May 30, 2022.

Brian Huse Williams unexpectedly took his final breath on Saturday, May 28 at the age of 69.

Maria Elaine DePatsy, 61, of Waldoboro, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on May 27, 2022. Born March 1, 1961, in Damariscotta, she was the daughter of Alice Osier DePatsy, and the late Nicholas DePatsy Jr., of Waldoboro.
