Blaine Kimball, 86, of Jefferson, passed away on the evening of Nov. 24, 2024, at Maine Medical Center in Portland, after a period of declining health. Born in Berwick on Dec. 18, 1937, he was the son of Maurice and Miriam (Hurd) Kimball.
