Blanche Antoinette Plumstead “Bee” King, 97, of King Phillips Trail in East Boothbay, died Sept. 4, 2021, at St. Andrews Village in Boothbay Harbor. She was born in Portland on Feb. 9, 1924, the daughter of Charles H. Plumstead and Blanche E. Child Plumstead.

Howard “David” Christian passed away on Sept. 4, 2021 in Damariscotta.

Janet Simmons Hatch passed away on Aug. 28, 2021, surrounded by her family. While the last year was difficult, Janet battled her health challenges with bravery and grace. She was a devoted mother and her grandchildren were her pride and joy.

Erwin Forest Hutchins, 98, passed from this life into eternal life on Saturday, Sept. 4, 2021, at the Sussman House in Rockport.

Gary Wayne Beverage, 46, passed away at his home on Sept. 1, 2021. He is the son of James and Glenda Beverage of Jefferson.

Wayne W. Simmons, 82, of Waldoboro, passed away peacefully at home with his wife and girls by his side, on the evening of Sept. 2, 2021. He was born in Waldoboro on Feb. 8, 1939, the son of Pearl A. and Ida M. (Sprague) Simmons.

Katherine (Kathy) Marie Benner, 60, of Waldoboro, passed away on Aug. 29, 2021, at the home of her sister, Dolly Griesenbrock, after a long battle with pancreatic cancer with the loving care of her two sisters, Teresa and Dolly, at her side constantly.

Kathy Ann Richards Harris, born Feb. 29, 1964, passed away peacefully at her home in Rochester, N.H.

Jeanne Sabra (Colby) Feyler, 84, of Damariscotta, formerly of Mount Vernon, was born in Coopers Mills, on Jan. 5, 1937, the daughter of the late Chester and Marieta (Abbott) Colby. Jeanne passed away on Aug. 30, 2021 after a short period of declining health.

Jacquelyn “Jackie” Tait, 90, died peacefully at home on Aug. 16, 2021 after a short period of declining health. Jackie was born on March 28, 1931 to the late James and Jenny Harkins in Waldoboro; she graduated from Waldoboro High School in 1949.

Stanley Fraser, 79, of Bremen and Quaker Hill, Conn. passed away peacefully with family by his side at L&M Hospital on Aug. 19, 2021.

Rosemarie “Posy” A. Wade, 78, of Waldoboro, passed away on Aug. 29, 2021  at Maine Medical Center in Portland after a brief illness.
