Terrie A. Dodge Jan. 26, 1945 - April 18, 2025

Terrie A. Dodge, 80, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 18, 2025 at Cove’s Edge in Damariscotta surrounded by her loving family. Terrie was born Jan. 26, 1945, a daughter of Carroll and J. Corinne (Hoffman) Benner. She attended Bristol area schools, graduating in 1963. On Oct. 26, 1963, Terrie married Elliott Dodge Sr., and they made their home in New Harbor, just up the hill from her loving parents.

The memorial will be held at the Alna-Anchor Masonic Lodge, located at 529 Main St. in Damariscotta, on April 26, 2025, at 1 p.m. Please bring your memories of Charlie to share. Daniel Downs passed away peacefully on April 10, 2025, surrounded by his family. We are so profoundly saddened by our loss, but know he is in a place free of pain and suffering; God knows he did enough of that here on Earth.

Bonnie V. Schaeffer, 79, of Jefferson, formerly of Westminster, Md., passed away on April 5, 2025, at MaineHealth Lincoln Hospital in Damariscotta. Born on Aug. 14, 1945 in Knoxville, Tenn., Bonnie was the daughter of Baxter and Mae (West) Greer.

Gilbert Bradford Peakes Service Announcement

Gilbert Bradford Peakes passed away Dec. 27, 2024 at his home in Bucksport after a long illness. There will be a celebration of life at his graveside at the Maine Veterans Cemetery, Mount Vernon Road, Augusta, ME 04330 on May 5, 2025 at 1 p.m. Family and friends are welcome.
