Joe Wilbur Cowing, 89, of Dresden, passed away peacefully to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, Oct. 26, 2022 at St. Andrews/Gregory Wing in Boothbay Harbor.

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Edward Jonas Gildersleeve III, beloved husband, father, poppy, great poppy, and friend to many. He passed away on Oct. 5, 2022 at Mid Coast Hospital in Brunswick.

Loreta M. Vedasto, 81, passed away peacefully on the evening of Oct. 28, 2022 at the Southern Maine Medical Center in Biddeford.

Gary Lynn Clifford, 71, passed away on Oct. 30, 2022 at Mid Coast Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer.

William J. “Bill” Benner, 58, of Nobleboro, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly at Mid Coast Hospital on Oct. 15, 2022.

David Preston Lampton, 78, died in home hospice care on Sept. 22, 2022, in Los Gatos, Calif. He was born on June 4, 1944, in Boston to Maurine (Aydelotte) and Preston W. Lampton.

Earle Winfield Clifford, 83, passed away at the Sussman House in Rockport on Oct. 24, 2022. Earle was born on Dec. 2, 1938. He grew up in Boothbay Harbor and attended local schools.

David Mortimer, 58, of Bremen, passed away peacefully on the afternoon of Oct. 19, 2022 surrounded by his family. Born on July 11, 1964 at Saint Margaret’s Hospital in Dorchester, Mass., he was the son of Robert and Doris (Davis) Mortimer.

Marie Alice (Cleaves) Tysinger, 77, formerly of Blue Ridge Summit, Pa. and currently residing in Waldoboro and Mount Dora, Fla., went to be with her Lord Oct. 26, 2022.

Richard Curtis Masters, 81, of Round Pond, passed away on Oct. 23, 2022 at Sussman House in Rockport. The son of George S. Masters and Edith Mae Masters, he was born on May 21, 1941, at Miles Memorial Hospital in Damariscotta.

Caleb Gilmore Packard, great father, son, brother, uncle, cousin and friend, died peacefully on Oct. 23, 2022. He was born on March 27, 1993 to Nathan and Valarie, and he was an extra special identical twin brother to Cole.

Wesley Robert Keep passed away peacefully at his home in Whitefield on Oct. 12, 2022 at 12:30 p.m. after many months of illness.
