Lincoln Academy and Medomak Valley boys tennis teams picked up wins in the first round of Regional tennis action on June 1.
Medomak Records Fall at KVAC’s Vannoy in the 400, Daigle in the 3200
Two Medomak Valley track records were broken at the KVAC medium/ large school championships on May 29 at Brunswick High School Annie Vannoy broke a 32 year old 400m record set by Willy Ulbrich in 1989 in a time of 1:01.72. Vannoy won the 400 and 800 and placed second in the triple jump.

Erica Johnson won the KVAC 100m hurdles, and Jennifer Campbell the KVAC high jump at the small and medium school championships, held May 28 at Brunswick High School.

Panther Baseball Picks up Fourth Win Medomak 8 - Morse 6
Medomak Valley baseball sank the Shipbuilders 8-6 in Bath on May 26. Isaac McCollett collected the win (6.2I, 8H, 6R, 1B, 7K) and Hayden Staples closed out the final one third of an inning. Cahill took the loss for Morse.
Morse Softball Tame the Panthers Morse 4 - Medomak 1
Morse softball took advantage of Panther follies in the first inning to score all four of their runs in a 4-2 win over Medomak Valley on May 26 in Bath. Medomak scored their lone run in the first when Alyssa Creamer hit a triple and scored on a passed ball.
Camden Shuts Out the Eagles Camden 15 - Lincoln 0
Camden Hills baseball team shut down Lincoln Academy for a 15-0 five inning mercy ruling win on May 26 in Rockport. Jeremy Fraser collected the win in four innings of work. Myles Wotton took the loss.
Lincoln Softball Sink Windjammers Lincoln 4 - Windjammers 2
Lincoln Academy softball defeated Camden Hills 4-2 on May 26 in the Eagles nest. Grace Houghton struck out 11 in the win. Olivia Brown took the loss for Camden. Maddy York had a two run double and Nicole Hammond a RBI single in the third to spark the Eagles offense. Camden had three hits, singles to Lillia Stone, Brown and Ava Dube.
Medomak Softball Improves to 10-2 Medomak 13 - Belfast 5
Medomak Valley softball defeated Belfast 13-5 on May 24 in Waldoboro to improve their record to 10-2. Alyssa Creamer collected the win and Maddi Boynton closed out the game for the Lady Panthers. Stephanie Morse hit a two run homerun, Eliza Spear and Emily Harris three singles each and Natalie Stewart two singles to lead a 13 hit performance from Medomak.
Lincoln Girls Lacrosse Pick up First Win Lincoln 11 - Erskine 6
Lincoln Academy girls lacrosse team won the battle of the Eagles, 11-6 on May 21 in Newcastle. Lincoln was led by Marley LeBel with four goals and an assist, Camden LeBel four goals, Josey Henry two goals and Skyler Houghton one goal.

Lincoln Academy softball defeated Belfast 9-0 on May 21 in Newcastle. Grace Houghton pitched six shutout innings and Nicole Hammond one. Houghton hit a double and three singles, Hammond a double and single and Maddy York two singles to lead the Eagles. Sarah Fuller had the only hit for Belfast.
Lions Roar Over Eagles Belfast 9 - Lincoln 1
Belfast’s baseball team defeated Lincoln Academy 9-1 in the Eagles nest on May 21. The Lions plated seven runs in the top of the first innings on six walks, and error and single to Porter. Bartlett collected the win.
