Jazz and blues pianist Susanna Fiore will perform with Jay Girill on acoustic bass in an afternoon concert on Saturday, June 28. The concert is one of several events offered by the Maine Art Gallery during its eight-week retrospective of the art of Fiore’s father, Joseph A. Fiore.

An exhibit of his illustrations and art work opens on Friday, May 16 in the gallery at the Opera House at Boothbay Harbor. Guests will have the opportunity to see a broad spectrum of his work and speak with him in the upstairs gallery. Doors for the free reception open at 4 p.m.

Tapestry Singers will be joined by an amazing group of instrumentalists for concerts at 7 p.m. on Saturday, June 14 and 4 p.m. on Sunday, June 15 at the Damariscotta Baptist Church.
